Shipping policy

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST) are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier. After your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains the tracking details. We cannot guarantee shipment delivery dates, this is up to the shipping carrier. NicSon Creative does not assume responsibility of delayed or items lost in transit. If your item is delayed or lost, you can contact us to assist you, but we are not able to refund or send a new package.
